Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 14, 2026.
App builder for agents processes Zoom account and Marketplace app information only after an authorized Zoom account admin grants OAuth access.
Information We Process
The app may process OAuth tokens, Zoom account and user identifiers, granted scopes, Marketplace app metadata, app manifests, redirect URLs, and webhook configuration needed to perform requested operations. If you submit a support request, we process the name, email address, issue description, submission time, and one-way abuse-prevention identifiers provided with that request.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to create, inspect, update, validate, or delete Zoom Marketplace app configurations for the authorizing account. Marketplace API results are returned to the authorized MCP or REST client that requested them. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Retention
Zoom authorization records are stored only while the integration remains authorized. When the app is removed and Zoom confirms deauthorization, we delete the matching installation and associated Zoom and MCP credentials. Marketplace API responses are processed for the requested operation and are not intentionally retained as a separate analytics or content database. Support requests are retained for no more than 30 days, or deleted earlier when they are no longer needed to address the request.
Security
We use technical and access controls designed to protect stored information. Sensitive records are encrypted at rest, access is restricted to authorized service and administrative processes, and information is protected in transit using HTTPS. Raw Zoom OAuth tokens are not written to application logs or returned to MCP clients or browser callbacks.
